  2. Official Records: These are generally the civil records maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, including the Official Records index, and Tax Deed Sales information.   3. Property/Tax Records: Tax Collector real estate and personal property records are available on the Public Records Web Site. This includes name lookup capability for both real estate and personal property tax records. These records can be accessed by hovering over the "Property" button on the horizontal navigation bar at the top of this page. However, in some Public Records Web Site pages, where a parcel number is available, a link to the Property Appraiser's database is provided.   4. Other Records: Building Permit records are in this category. These records can be accessed by hovering over the "Other Records" button on the horizontal navigation bar at the top of this page. Links to other publicly-available records, such as Contractor Licensing Board Licensed Contractors, the State of Florida Professional Registration database, etc. are also provided under this menu category.
