Access to Pinellas County Public Records is offered to customers within the following rate structure:
$60.00 - Membership Fee
If the system is not accessed during a billing month, there will be no charge. A flat monthly charge of $5.00 will be assessed for 1 to 100 transactions, plus $.10 for each additional transaction over 100.
A customer is responsible for providing their own access to the Internet, as well as assuring that their browser has 128 bit encryption capability.
Enrollment in the Pinellas Public Records access program will be limited to those who execute and return the "Agreement", together with the $60.00 Membership Fee. Upon receipt of the agreement and fee, we will provide the user name and password to enable immediate records access.
Customers will be billed on a monthly basis for the previous month's use. It will be necessary to disable the user name of customers whose accounts are thirty (30) days in arrears.
