Effective May 1, 2016 Our policy on changing or cancelling a reservation is:

All reservation changes/cancellations (i.e. change site, change dates, cancel) – Fee $5

Cancellations inside of 48hrs of arrival date – Fee of $5 + the cost of the first nights stay
